  • 1  9×13-inch baking dish
  • 1 Baking sheet

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Cup Butter Salted
  • 1 tbsp Freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 Cups Chicken Shredded
  • Frozen vegetable Carrots etc
  • 2 Cups Milk Whole milk
  • 2 Cups Biscuit mix or pancake (dry)
  • Salt and pepper As taste

Instructions
 

  • Gather the ingredients and pre-heat the oven to 350 F, and start melting butter in a 9×13 inch baking dish
  • Once the butter is done melting, sprinkle the shredded chicken over top of the butter.
  • Season with salt and pepper as you like, and add topping of frozen vegetables, (carrots)
  • Add biscuit mix, whole milk, seasoning (Italian), and cheese all over the chicken, and do not try to mix it.
  • Whisk chicken cream and chicken broth do not try to mix it.
  • Let it sit on a baking sheet for at least 45 minutes, then add a topping of crispy fried onions. Continue baking until the biscuit topping is adjusted and its color changes to golden brown, cool down it for 15 minutes before serving.

If you don’t have a biscuit mix, you can make your own by combining 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Enjoy!
