Ingredients
- 4 hot dogs
- 4 hot dog buns
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- fvrt hot dog condiments
Instructions
- Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F temp.
- Place buns in a single layer in the air fryer basket; cook in the preheated air fryer until crisp, about 2 minutes. Remove buns to a plate.
- Place hot dogs in a single layer in the air fryer basket; cook for 3 minutes. Serve hot dogs in toasted buns.
Notes

- Prep Hot Dogs: Place the hot dogs on a cutting board and cut slits into each one. About 4-5 slits on the top of each hot dog. Don’t cut down but rather very slightly break the surface with the knife.
- Air Fryer: Cook the hot dogs in the air fryer for 6 minutes at 400 degrees.
- Buns: Remove the hot dogs from the air fryer and place one per bun. Put the hot dogs back into the pan and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Serve: Top with your favorite condiments and enjoy!
