Birthday Cake Rice Krispies doesn't need baking, made with soft marshmallows, topped with sprinkles and chocolate, the main ingredient is Rice Krispie cereal.
Line up the foil on a 9x9 pan, make assure to use cooking spray on it.
Then bring a large pot or stock pot to melt the butter at medium heat, afterward add 5 cups of marshmallows and stir until melted.
Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the Rice Krispies Cereal until the mixture completely coats the cereal.
Add the cereal mixture to the prepared 9x9 inch pan gently and press this mixture into the pan don't press too hard, otherwise, it turns out solid.
Melt the white chocolate and coconut oil together for just 30 sec.
- Pour the melted chocolate and spread it out evenly with the help of a spoon, then topped with a sprinkle. Top with sprinkles and keep it for 30-60 minutes. Make it into 16 square slices and enjoy!
Notes
Remember to melt the marshmallows on low heat, making sure that they are soft enough because they are the reason for making this dessert fluffy, use fresh marshmallows, because old ones are not good for this.
