Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch pf salt
  • 1 cup (240 ml) milk
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg
  • fresh berries, maple syrup, etc. for toppings

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt and combine them well. Set aside.
  • Add the milk, butter (or vegetable oil), and egg in a medium bowl.
  • Pour dry ingredient made before into the milk mixture and stir, do not overmix.
  • Heat griddle over med. heat and coat with veggie oil or cooking spray properly.
  • For each on of the pancake, add 2 Tbsp. of butter onto griddle, cook for about 2 minutes, then flip for 1-2 additional minutes until it turns golden brown.
  • Transfer cooked pancakes on a baking sheet to keep warm at 200F until ready to serve.
  • Serve warm, with toppings of your desire such as butter or fresh fruit like banana slices.
