- 1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 1 pinch pf salt
- 1 cup (240 ml) milk
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- fresh berries, maple syrup, etc. for toppings
In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt and combine them well. Set aside.
Add the milk, butter (or vegetable oil), and egg in a medium bowl.
Pour dry ingredient made before into the milk mixture and stir, do not overmix.
Heat griddle over med. heat and coat with veggie oil or cooking spray properly.
For each on of the pancake, add 2 Tbsp. of butter onto griddle, cook for about 2 minutes, then flip for 1-2 additional minutes until it turns golden brown.
Transfer cooked pancakes on a baking sheet to keep warm at 200F until ready to serve.
Serve warm, with toppings of your desire such as butter or fresh fruit like banana slices.
