Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp onion powder (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Worces tershire sauce
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp mustard

Instructions
 

  • Combine ground beef and seasonings in a bowl. Do not overmix.
  • Divide into 4 equal parts.
  • Shape into ¾-inch patties, slightly wider than buns.
