This easy Watermelon Mint Lemonade recipe is the perfect summer drink! It's so refreshing and tastes amazing and you only need 4 ingredients to make this awesome drink: watermelon, lemons, mint, and your favorite natural sweetener (besides water and some ice cubes).
In a small sauce pan combine water, sugar, and mint leaves.
Bring to a simmer and simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool completely. Strain to remove mint leaves.

Skip Juicing the Lemons. Using a high-speed blender allows you to simply peel them and throw them in whole.
Plan to Hand Juice. If you would rather juice your lemons than blend them, increase the amount of lemons to six.
Storing. Keep it in an airtight container and it will last about 2 weeks in your fridge. You can also freeze homemade lemonade in your freezer for about 3 months.
Adjust the Flavor. Want a lighter or a sweeter flavor? You can add a bit of water for a lighter flavor or add more simple syrup for a sweeter flavor.
