  • 4 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp seafood
  • 1/2 tbsp McCormick parsley flakes seasoning

  • 3 tbsp dry sherry

Step By Step Instructions To Make Maryland Cream Of Crab Soup

Step 1 On medium heat, melt butter in a 3-quart saucepan. When the onion is soft, add it to the pan; cook and stir for 5 minutes. 
Step 2 Blend flour, Old Bay, and parsley together. Adding milk gradually while whisking constantly. Bring to a boil just before serving.
Step 3 Add crab meat to the mixture. Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
