Moravian Cookies Recipe

Afew years ago, I used to make the same cookies every night for dinner. If Ididn’t bake them right then, I’d bake them in the morning when I woke up. Ialways found the cookies tasted like they were stale. I didn’t want to spend moneyon fresh cookies when I had homemade cookies in the cupboard. But did I haveto? It turns out there are so many different variations on cookie recipes.

  • Once the dough is smooth and soft, place it on a greased baking sheet. Place the dough in the refrigerator overnight, covered with a cloth. This will make the dough firm and will enhance its buttery flavor.
  • Prepare the thin cookie and place it on a baking tray. Then, place the tray for 20 minutes at 220 degrees under a preheated oven. Keep an eye on the upper layer to prevent it from overcooking.
Finally, when the outer layer of the cookies is browned, remove the baking tray and allow it to cool for a while. Afterward, you can enjoy your mouth-watering paper-thin sugar cookies.
