  • 1.5 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 Medium banana
  • 1/2 cup Plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup Orange juice

  • In a high-speed blender,combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
  • If you like your smoothies thick or thin, you can add a little bit more orange juice.
