Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Peanut Butter Creamy
  • 1/2 Cup Butter Unsalted
  • 2 Cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Rice Krispies® cereal
  • 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the 2 cups of peanut butter, ½ cup salted butter, and 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract until fully mixed.
  • Add the 2 cups of powdered sugar (gradually) to the mixture, mixing until smooth and creamy.
  • Fold in the Rice Krispies® cereal (3 ½ Cups), ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  • Roll the mixture into small balls, approximately 1 inch in diameter.
  • In a microwave bowl, melt the chocolate chips and vegetable shortening in 30-second intervals, until smooth and fully melted.
  • Dip each of these balls into chocolate that is melted before, ensure it's fully dipped.
  • Now Reheat the chocolate if it’s getting cold or thick, then finish dipping the balls.
  • To make the chocolate hardened, let these balls at room temperature and store them in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
