  • 1 oven Preheated to 400°F (200°C)
  • 1 Mixing bowl To toss vegetables

Ingredients
  

  • 4 pcs Chicken thighs Boneless, skinless preferred
  • 2 Carrots Peeled and sliced
  • 1 head Broccoli Cut into florets
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil For coating the ingredients
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tsp Mixed herbs Thyme, rosemary, or oregano
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Mix chicken, carrots, broccoli, olive oil, garlic, and herbs in a large bowl.
  • Spread everything on a sheet pan in a single layer.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and veggies are tender
  • Let it rest for 5 minutes, then serve warm!
