How to Make the Best Banana Bread?

Step 1: Make banana bread first, use your best bananas, their yellow peels should be hair browned, and the banana inside should be squishy.

Step 2:No need for a mixture for this recipe. You need only a large bowl to mix everything in it, flour, baking soda, and salt, and set aside.

Add melted butter to bananas (already smashed). Mix the remaining ingredients baking soda and salt, sugar, egg in the flour.

Step 3: Bake it for 1hr, Let it sit to cool down in the pan for at least 10 minutes.

Step 4: Remove the dish from the pan and sit it to cool before serving. Enjoy!

  • 4- 5 medium Very ripe bananas peeled
  • 2 Cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp Baking soda
  • 1/4 tbsp Salt
  • 1/2 Cups Butter Salted
  • 2 Eggs Beaten
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla extract


  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees c). Lightly grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan, set aside
  • Mash the bananas and other ingredients in the large bowl. Bake the bread !
  • Mix in the baking soda and salt in the flour.
  • Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan.
  • Bake for 55 to 65 minutes at 350°F (175°C) then, Remove from oven and let cool in the pan for a few minutes

How to Store?

Store leftovers in an airtight container, I used plastic wrap to cover this, please store them at cool room temperature for up to 3-5 days.
