- 4- 5 medium Very ripe bananas peeled
- 2 Cups All-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp Baking soda
- 1/4 tbsp Salt
- 1/2 Cups Butter Salted
- 2 Eggs Beaten
- 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees c). Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan, set aside
Mash the bananas and other ingredients in the large bowl. Bake the bread !
Mix in the baking soda and salt in the flour.
Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 55 to 65 minutes at 350°F (175°C) then, Remove from oven and let cool in the pan for a few minutes
If you want to store this in a refrigerator, I don't recommend it as this will dry out and become hard stuff, let it sit out for 45 minutes to soften, this will store well for up to 1 week.
