- 1 lb Ground Beef (450g)
- 1 small Onion Finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic Minced
- 1 Tomato Chopped
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 0.5 tsp Black Pepper Ground
- 1 tbsp Cooking Oil Vegetable or olive oil
Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic and sauté until soft and fragrant.
Add ground beef. Break it up with a spatula and cook until browned.
Add tomato, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Stir and cook for 7–10 minutes until tomatoes soften and beef is fully done.
Taste and adjust seasoning. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
