- 32 ounces low sodium chicken stock
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp finely minced celery
- 2 tbsp dry Ranch salad dressing mix
- 1/2 tbsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp salt
Instructions
- Cook the chicken by poaching in chicken stock. Fill a large pot with the chicken tenders and chicken stock. Poach over medium heat for about 15 to 20 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.Â
